Returns Policy

From the time you receive your scroll print, you have seven (7) days to return your order for a refund, provided that it isn’t a sale item.

Step 1 – Please email customerservice@deadseascrollsprints.com within seven (7) days of your scroll print delivery date.

Step 2 – On the return portion of the packing slip, indicate the return reason from the options provided.

Step 3 – Repackage the print, making sure to include:

  • Your order number and contact information
  • The return portion of your original packing slip
  • Address the package to:

Step 4 – Ship your return package using a traceable shipping method and email the shipping details (including tracking number) to customerservice@deadseascrollsprints.com.

Dead Sea Scrolls Prints is not responsible for undelivered returns. Dead Sea Scrolls Prints will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

What if the Scroll arrived damaged?

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your delivery date, please email customerservice@deadseascrollsprints.com to give us your order information.

Step 2 – Save original packaging!

Step 3 – Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to customerservice@deadseascrollsprints.com.

Step 4 – A Dead Sea Scrolls Prints customer service representative will contact you to discuss next steps.

How to View Your Order Status & Order History

To check your order status, log into your account. All orders will be view-able in home screen.

To track a package in transit, click View Button.

NOTE: If you’ve purchased from us, the Dead Sea Scrolls Prints customer service will send you notifications throughout the shipping process with important information about your order’s status.

Shipping & Handling

When will my order ship and be delivered?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. However, some items may be processed faster.
The expected processing time for each scroll is noted on the item detail page under “Shipping & Handling.”
When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your package and the estimated delivery date online by using the tracking number recieved by email or in your account. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped and delivered separately.

How are shipping costs determined?

Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the scroll purchased, as well as by the shipping destination. All packaging & handling fees are included in the shipping cost.
