Because so many individuals in the restaurant are wearing similar, obnoxious hats, this pair can continue to wear theirs in the bar without fear of offending anybody else. Nevertheless, wearing this hat outside of Dicks Last Resort is difficult because the caps' inscription is unpleasant and could elicit people's laughter and disgusting images of the couple. He can't attract any female attention with this hat on his head. People may infer that the woman in the cap has a cheap personality because of the message on her hat, which is more humiliating than the lady herself.
